Luciferase reporter assays for the (A) NeuroD promoter in neuronal (C17.2) cells, (B) GFAP promoter in glial (N20.1) cells, and the (C) MBP, (D) PLP and (E) MOG promoters in glial (N20.1) cells. Relative promoter activities for cells co-transfected with either a vector or a construct containing cDNA encoding LMNB1 (LB1) are shown.
