Phosphotyrosine of macrophage by low-density lipoproteins from hemodialysis patients  Miyahiko Sonobe, M.D, Keigo Kimura, Masanori Kishino, Yoshinori Tone, Yoichi Yamada, Masatoshi Mune, Susumu Yukawa, Iwao Nishide  Kidney International  Volume 56, Pages S254-S255 (July 1999) DOI: /j x Copyright © 1999 International Society of Nephrology Terms and Conditions

2 Figure 1 Phosphotyrosine immunoblotting of human macrophage proteins. Human macrophages were either unstimulated (lane 1) or treated with native low-density lipoprotein (LDL; lanes 2 and 4) and HD-LDL (lanes 3 and 5) for the indicated times. Lysates were divided into Triton-soluble and -insoluble fractions, as described in the Methods section. Proteins were separated by 10% sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, immunoblotted with antiphosphotyrosine antibody, and visualized by enhanced chemiluminescence.
