3 Objective To provide professionals at all levels within an organization the opportunity to have cross organizational experiential learning experiences. To broaden their corporate perspective, enhance technical learning opportunities and foster growth in professional and personal network. LEAD – structured to benefit employees, their managers, and gaining office.

4 Highlights & Outcomes Objective - to provide a program where participants at all levels find real “work experiences” in disciplines outside their direct specialty area. Length of experience - agile, not to exceed 90 days Participants –Employees at all levels; core target area: Mid-level Mgr.

8 LEAD Sample Experiences
Construction project-assigned a Network Engineer, Logistician, IT PM or a Hardware Specialist to gain appreciation of how IT fits into a construction project. Data Center Builds-paired a Hardware specialist, Software, Security Specialist with members of the Data Center Design and Build Team to help integrate and arbitrate IT considerations. Program Office Support-participant worked side by side with IT professionals in an inter-business environment where they can use their problem solving and consensus building skills.
