Filed multiple Bar complaints (against politicians who were lawyers and who committed perjury on government forms)

Blamed for the resignation of the Director of the Washington State Public Disclosure Commission
Testified on two dozen different pieces of legislation
Confronted one surveillance team assigned to follow me
Recruited multiple “insider” sources including whistleblowers to collect more data and assist in exposing the truth.

8. How to make Activism Effective
Focus on your Major Goal – “Reduce the influence/control/size of government and their crony supporters”
Create Teams – not everyone wants to be the guy getting death threats and lawsuits – have people fit their skills and interests to the team – don’t force it.
Be relentless – you won’t win every battle, but you can still win the war
Be adaptable – plans, tactics, and opportunities change

Insiders – politicians, leaders, financial supporters
Opposition – if you can’t change them, at least give them a good reason to not enjoy being in conflict with you.
General Public – When you can break through the apathy, and win their support – your job gets easier.
