History Scotland has been inhabited at least since the fifth millennium BC. From the beginning it was an area in which there have to confront different cultures and peoples (Picts, Celts, Normans, Romans, Angles), but it always grew wildlife on the side of the current rulers of these lands.

Structure Of The Country
Part component of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and formerly independent kingdom. It covers the northern part of the island of Great Britain, and the Hebrides, Orkney and Shetland.

Landscape To the south it borders with England. Landscape in most parts of the highlands. Moderately warm climate, notably sea. The capital of Scotland is Edinburgh and the largest city of Glasgow.

Holyrood Palace Holyrood Palace in Edinburgh, is the residence of the British monarch in Scotland. Situated on a hill, on the eastern end of the Royal Mile, which among other things leads to the castle.
