5 The Training & Assessment Process The learnership is divided into subject sections. Each section will consist of: At the end: a summative exam and SSETA quality assurance process prior to SSETA certification approval. 5

Managers buy-in obtained Pre-training assessment Potential learners assessed to see their ability to cope on the qualification, mainly in terms of literacy and numeracy levels. Logistics Finalised 1.
