We have learnt a value lesson along the way – listen to the kids more – what they have to say is certainly worth listening to.
Later in this presentation we will re visit the kids and see what responses they had to the same question 11 months ago.

4. Our Vision The visioning process was important
The process changed the school’s culture and re-defined who we are as a school
It gave us a structure upon which to implement that which is judged to be important.

My task is to keep us focussed and connected to it.

5. We are all prisoners of our past
We are all prisoners of our past. It is hard to think of things except in the way we have always thought of them. But that solves no problems and seldom changes anything.
