2 Context and Introduction
During the September meeting TG ac decided to create 4 Ad Hoc Groups Initial scope of Ad Hoc groups: Updates to framework document (doc. 992r2) This document contains the proposed allocation of discussion topics to each of the 4 ad hoc groups The expectation is that new topics can be added to the scope of one of the ad hocs after Taskgroup approval

3 Initial Ad Hoc Group Deliverables:
Group roles and decision process* (Ad Hoc Group Internal deliverable) Recommended updates to the Spec Framework Document (Deliverable to TGac)** * Selection Procedure document ( r4) recommends 2/3 majority decision making ** There will be a separate submission regarding subsequent Ad Hoc Group deliverables such as detailed specifications
