Costa Rica: An increasing diversity, both socially and culturally.
Article 3: “This Act promotes integration based on the principles of human life and the cultural diversity of persons, solidarity and human rights.” Article 7: “Migration policy shall be oriented toward the acknowledgment of the multicultural wealth that exists in the country and the development of each person’s potential.” Article 7: Migration policy shall be oriented toward integrating all foreign nationals into economic, scientific, social, labour, education, cultural and sports processes.
