The income from commissions-financed activities varies. SCB has more than 50 % of the total turnover. commissions-financed activities are carried out in parallell with appropiations activities. Service and quality Efficient organization Increased competition New services and new statistics We need good Busienss Intelligence activities as a start. Work with trendanalysis and scenarios as an input to the strategic business plan. What happens outside? So how to find a good Customer Oriented, Efficient and Process Oriented New Organisation Structure? How find a good support for both our external and internal relations about commisioned activities.
