Students are better able to learn since different modalities of instruction are available.
There is no set theory or design practice at this time but it is viewed as early in research and may possibly be developed in the future.

5. Personal Philosophy
Education provides the knowledge and skills to start doing a job. No training program expects someone to be an expert upon leaving the program.
The most important yet most difficult component of instruction is motivating the learner.
The result of education is being able to think and do (skills and knowledge).
