Include offences listed in the ICCS 0204 Trafficking in persons (TIP) 02041 TIP for sexual exploitation 02042 TIP for forced labour or services 02043 TIP for organ removal 02049 TIP for other purposes Additional disaggregation of victim data (adult/minor, citizenship, police/other source) Persons in formal contact, prosecuted, convicted, in prison

5 Migrant smuggling offences
Include offences listed in the ICCS 0805 Acts related to migration 08051 Smuggling of migrants offences 08059 Other unlawful acts related to migration Broad category, includes harbouring of migrants, so guidance notes and metadata will be important Persons in formal contact, prosecuted, convicted, in prison

6 Timing Third country convicted nationals item can be introduced in annual questionnaire in June Disaggregations for THB and migrant smuggling to be discussed and finalised Plan to issue second part of annual collection, on THB and migrant smuggling offences in September Next year it is then planned to include these offences in the annual collection in June
