Because in the next 30 minutes, I am going to teach you how to be deliberately creative. Your impatient self will no longer have to wait for your ideas because you will be able to switch your creativity on and off.

24. So when you or someone else has a new idea… use a tool we like to call PPC (pluses, potentials & concerns)
Consider the pluses and potentials of the idea
Phrase the concerns as questions (how to…?, how might…?)
Overcome concerns by brainstorming solutions

Set a quota for yourself.
The first ⅓ of ideas are the obvious ones
The second ⅓ of ideas are the silly, crazy ones
The third ⅓ of ideas are the keepers, the original and refined
