1. PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
To make San Marino a modern and avant-garde country with the construction of the first International Airport for a new generation of Airships, Aeroscraft Model ML 866.
To facilitate international connections directly with San Marino.
To establish the first European Aviation School for pilots of a new generation of Airships.
To create the first European Maintenance Center of a new generation of Airships.

2. WTC INVOLVMENT
World Trade Center San Marino is the company that designed the project of the first international airport for Airships.
The WTC would like to carry out the project with investors that can take part in World Trade Center corporate structure and that, through shareholder loans, can recoup the capital invested in ten years.
Once recovered the capital and all the interests, investors surrender the shares back to the previous owner with an increased price of 300%, in relation of the purchase price. Everything said will be contractED before INVESTORS purchasE the shares.

3. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE GOVERNMENT OF SAN MARINO
The project for the construction of the first international airport for a new generation of airships requires the signature of the Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of San Marino.
The latter will make available land plots, currently private PROPERTIES, with prices established in the Memorandum of Understanding, and it will grant, for 99 years, free lands owned by Government.

4. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE GOVERNMENT OF SAN MARINO
With the signature of the Memorandum of Understanding, the Government of San Marino commits to:
Cooperate with WTC for the REALIZATION of the project
Guarantee a stable and effective cooperation for the realisation of the objectives and actions imposed by the project
Authorize the installation over the identified area of right equipment for climate surveys, for a time period of 12 months
Change the urban planning of the location where the airport for airships will take place to realise the project in the best possible way
Set up a customs for goods and people at the international airport for airships
Realise an intermediate station in the airport for a possible connection with the city of Rimini by meanS of a monrail
Realise any other infrastructural connections for cars, buses, trucks and other necessary vehicles, including changes to improve the flow of traffic
Release any other necessary authorisations, needed by WTC or related companies, for the implementation of the project
The congress of State is committed to pay a penalty in the amount of the total or part of the expenses sustained by WTC for the project, in the event that the Congress does not allow its realization.

5. PRELIMINARY ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS OF THE AIRPORT AREA
THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE GOVERNMENT INCLUDES THE INSTALLATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING STATIONS ABLE TO CERTIFY THAT THE AREA COMPLIES WITH AIRSHIP’S RUNWAY STANDARDS BEFORE THE PURCHASE OF THE AREA WHERE THE AIRPORT WILL BE BUILT. THIS MONITORING ACTIVITY WILL LAST ONE YEAR AND IS A BINDING CONDITION FOR THE REALIZATION OF THE PROJECT.

6. PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING FEASABILITY ANALYSIS OF THE AIRPORT
THE ENGINEER STEFANO DOSI, OWNER OF THE ENGENEERING FIRM “STUDIO DOSI” IN RAVENNA IS IN CHARGE OF THE ENTIRE PROJECT COMPOSED OF:

AIRSHIP’S RUNWAY
HANGAR, MAINTAINANCE AND PARKING AREA
CONFERENCE CENTER AND CENTRAL OFFICE

7. AIRLINE ESTABLISHMENT
THE WHOLE PROJECT WOULD INCLUDE THE FIRST SAMMARINESE AIRLINE ESTABLISHMENT, WHICH WILL BUY AND MANAGE THE TWO ML866 CIVIL DIRIGIBLES.

35% OF WTC SHARES ARE ON SALE
EACH 1% SHARE OF WTC SAN MARINO COSTS EURO AND OBLIGES THE PURCHASER TO INVEST EURO AS FINANCING SHAREHOLDER ACCORDING TO CONDITIONS LISTED IN THE PREVIOUS SLIDE
EACH INVESTED 5% SHALL ENTITLE THE HOLDER TO GET A SEAT IN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF WTC SAN MARINO.
THE BUYER OF THE SHARES UNDERTAKES TO SELL THEM AT A PRICE INCREASED OF 300% COMPARED TO THE ACQUISITION PRICE AFTER THE RETURN, IN TEN YEARS, OF THE INVESTED CAPITAL AND INTERESTS.
