Brings together recommendations, cost effective solutions and tips from organisations who have been rated as good or outstanding Offers a ‘checklist’ of what good or outstanding care looks like across a range of themes linked to the CQCs five key questions Includes practical examples that have impressed inspectors Provides tried and tested ways of preparing for inspection so you can be clear on how to demonstrate that you are meeting the CQC’s fundamental standards There are four short videos from organisations delivering good and outstanding rated care, take some time to watch these with staff in a team meeting or even one of them at handover and open up the discussion for you, your staff and the service

5 Registered Manager membership
Membership helps to maintain and grow the profile of the registered manager role. It costs just £35 a year to become a member.  Membership gives you access to exclusive resources. New members receive a printed copy of our 90-page registered managers handbook and renewing members receive a printed version of our ‘Good and outstanding care’ guide: workbook edition. Existing members who want this guide but aren’t due to renew, can renew early – adding a full 12 months to their existing membership - and receive the 'Good and outstanding care' guide: workbook edition.
