Figure 2 Formation of mixed-TCR dimers upon TCR gene transfer. The introduction of a new TCR into a T cell can lead to pairing of endogenous and introduced TCR chains. Theoretically, two new TCRs consisting of one endogenous and one introduced TCR chain can be formed.
