Figure 1 Amino acid substitutions in five patients with minimal change nephrotic syndrome (MCNS). The changes were found in a spacer area between immunoglobulin (Ig) domain 3 and 4 (A342G), in Ig-7 domain (R800C), and in Ig-8 domain (G879R, A916S).
