Following topical administration of 10mg morphine compounded in a PLO base for transdermal drug delivery, morphine was detectable but below the limit of quantitation (0.5ng/mL) in only three samples, obtained 60, 75, and 90minutes after topical drug administration, from this subject. The inverted triangles represent the times at which morphine was detected, but below the limit of quantification, after topical administration.
