Look at some health and safety documents from organisations carrying out scientific work. Don't forget to use bullet point notes and keep to the requirements of the task.

Make a list of the hazards that would occur in a Science laboratory
Rate each hazard
1-5 for Likelihood (1 almost never, 5 every time)
1-5 for Severity (1 very minor harm, 5 risk of serious injury/death)
Multiply the two together to get a score out of 25
For each risk describe a method for avoidance
