Accelerate adoption of Maximo by providing a “starter” template for each organisation to configure to their specific needs.
Assist in training through documented process with associate application screen shots.
Demonstrate Maximo in the business context.

Once documented in IBM Blueworks Live, the company practices are available for all employees to review. Also, in the admin console each account can have a custom help screen where links to an internal wiki can be posted or documents can be found to help users comply with company policies and best practices.
