1. BT Site and Sharer Details BT Site Name & the name of the Licenced Operator you’re working for. 2. Engineers Names The names of each engineer visiting site. We’ll check that we hold the appropriate certification for each engineer visiting the site. There’s no need to attach certificates to your application, we’ll ask you for them if we don’t have the latest version.
