QI development week (23/09/19)
QI implementation over 12 weeks
5 days of focused development through mix of classroom learning, coaching, practical application & reflection
½ day per week of ‘classroom’ learning and reflection (topics based on need of cohort)
Dedicated time and space to work on QI activity
