Distal end of the graft is anastomosed to the proximal site of the left subclavian artery take-off level of the distal arch. The elephant trunk is used in anticipation of a descending thoracic aortic operation. A, Side branches of the main graft were anastomosed to the brachiocephalic artery and the left common carotid artery in all patients.
