Each surgeon is represented by a single square. Neurologic morbidity by case load is shown in parentheses above each column. There was no statistically significant relationship between number of cases per surgeon and neurologic morbidity. Although morbidity was highest in the 41 to 50 and 71 to 80 case groups, this was the result of only two surgeons' experience and was not statistically different from the rest of the group.
