2. Online- Amend a booking
This is the log in page where you will be asked to enter your user name and password.
If you have forgot your password you can use the ‘Forgot your password’ link.
The online helpdesk telephone number is displayed at login, if any assistance is required.

Travel Arrangers view will allow selecting the required traveller to amend a booking on their behalf.
From a Travel Arranger perspective, click on the booking you wish to change.

Travellers view will allow them to mend their own bookings.
From a Traveller perspective, click on the booking you wish to change

6. Online- Amend a booking
Ensure correct trip and select change.
You have the option to change or cancel the trip at the bottom of the page.

Change booking gives you different options for changing.
You have the option to amend the outbound and return flights individually also allows you to select different dates and times.

8. Online- Amend a booking
Depending on your change request the search results may differ.
This page allows you to select your amended flight and continue with your selected option.

9. Online – Amend a booking
Multiple fare options are offered.
Choose the fare that is applicable based on your requirements, e.g. fare rule and continue with selected option.

10. Online- Amend a booking
You will have another opportunity to check the fare rules by clicking on the options under fare.
You will be asked to review your new flights and continue to confirm.

11. Online- Amend a booking
This page will allow you to view new flight details including the flight numbers.
This page will detail the confirmed changes made. A change confirmation will also be sent to the traveller and the travel arranger.
