Discussions Interoperable and affordable maritime situational awareness and cooperation infrastructure is an essential enabler of maritime security. Common standards to be established to gather, share information, manage and analyse data, in order to make better use of technology and to achieve interoperability. The MS cooperation between national and regional/ interregional entities are challenging, involving civilian and military organizations with different capabilities and cultures.
