Constituted and operated in accordance with WECC Bylaws Section 8.1 Comprised of 3 representatives from each of the 5 Member Classes plus 3 additional international representatives Meetings: 4 quarterly in-person, up to 5 telephonically Advise Board on: Any matters requested by Board; Policy, business planning, and budgetary matters; and Any other matters deemed appropriate
