1. Organize Slides
Click on Normal view, then Slide Sorter view, then back to Normal view.
Delete Slide 6
Hide Slide 2, then unhide it.
Move Slide 5 to the second place
Click on Slide 2 (used to be slide 5) and continue to follow the instructions.

I am a place holder right now.

I am a place holder right now.

5. Slide 2 (Originally Slide 5)
Using your “All About Me” presentation create a custom slideshow and save as “Shortened Version”.
Hide some of your slides and arrange the rest in any order.
In the Slide Show menu select Rehearse Timings. Read through each slide slowly and advance your slides/transitions/animations.
Select “Yes” when asked if you are satisfied.
Now begin your slide show again and watch it advance according to the timings you have added.
