3. Objectives
To integrate the Kampung KB Working Group and the FP village team.
To advocate for Village Fund allocation for Kampung KB program.
To replicate Kampung KB program from dari 1 FP Village per district into 1 FP Village per sub-district.
To improve the cross-sectoral collaboration at the district level as part of the effort to integrate Kampung KB into the local program.

9. Summary Work Plan of the Village FP Team in support of the FP Village (Kampung KB) Program
The work plan was developed based on the local condition and is tailored to the need of each village. In general activities consist of:
Increasing the uptake of LAPMs method through training of cadres, information dissemination and educational session, also family planning service.
Increasing the marital age through information dissemination, educational session and advocacy for a village regulation.
Maternal and child health: Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) activities, class for pregnant women, etc.
Establishment and implementation of guidance programs for families with young children (Bina Keluarga Balita), Youth (Bina Keluarga Remaja) and the elderlies (Bina Keluarga Lansia).
Increased adoption of Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS): PHBS educational session, management of shower, laundry and toilet (MCK) facility, management of cattle pen, sources of clean water.
Fulfillment of a population identity.
Economy: Development of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes).
Infrastructure: improvement in roads, bridges, and other supporting facilities.
Etc.

12. Challenges
Transfer of DWG member(s) in December 2016 – March in line with the regional work unit’s (OPD) new policy.
Transfer of sub-district heads and election of new village heads in several sub-districts and villages.
Musrenbangdes* schedule has been past due for some villages. *village assembly - an annual forum for village to plan the activity and budget
District funding support is given gradually due to budget contraints.
