After the home university sent the official nomination (pre- set excel file), FEB colleague sends an with the application procedure + guideline
Requesting & activating the guest account (step 1)

Submitted applications first arrive in the central admissions office in Leuven. After check they are transferred to the contact person from the faculty
The FEB colleague checks the files and approves the applications in KU Loket.
