Moving from autopilot to being in the present moment Becoming more familiar with the field of your own body, mind, heart and life Developing awareness that arises in the moment, a way of knowing. Not the same as thinking. ‘paying attention in a particular way: on purpose in the present moment, non-judgementally’ Jon Kabat-Zinn

Mindfulness Online Taster Course offer - 20% off quote NT20 was £60 now £48 per person For any of you that are interested I run online taster to mindfulness courses. The course is over 4 weeks, 1 hour each week through video link or dial in through your phone, they are live and I run through the basics of mindfulness as well as take you through some of the meditations. The cost includes the the 4 week course plus meditation resources to practice with at home. They are usually in the evening, but I have done a few during the day just depends on what is requested.
