Tellstrasse 2 to Ruhsitzstrasse 22
Go to the train station, where you can also buy bus tickets. Just exit the building, go down to the main road (Rosenbergstrasse) and turn right. Walk until you reach an underpass, This will take you to the train station. From there, (see map), the bus lines no. 7 or 8 (direction “Hinterberg” or “Wendeplatz Stocken”) takes you to the stop “Ruhsitz”.
From the bus stop it is a 150 m walk to Ruhsitzstrasse. Just continue down Ober-strasse for a little longer and turn left at the next crossroads onto Ruhsitzstrasse. Take the Ruhsitz stairs and turn right after that.
To the train / bus station
Just turn right on Rosen- bergstrasse until you reach the underpass.

2. City Buses in St. Gallen (yellow post buses not included)
Getting to the city centre / to the train station and back
Just take either bus no. 7 or 8 in the other direction (“Neudorf”) to get to the train station.
The quickest way to get to the city centre (stop “Marktplatz”) from the train station is by the same buses no. 7/8 (to “Neudorf).
Getting to the University and back
Take a bus to the train station. From there you can take bus no. 9 (direction Schuppis Nord) to the stop “Uni/Gatterstrasse”. The stop is right next to the campus. It leaves from the train station (Kornhausstrasse 5).
You can also take bus no. 5 (direction Rotmonten) which from the train station (Kornhausstrasse 5) and takes about eight minutes to the stop “Uni/Dufourstrasse”.
