Highly engaged network of people and support in community Experience gained from first project and skills developed across team mean future projects can be more ambitious, efficient, wider reach Reduction of the feed-in tariff by 65% in January means that less sites are viable for solar projects, but a model can still work for buildings with high on- site consumption and with a Power Purchase Agreement in place. Current support mechanism for renewable heat under review Opportunities for further generation projects as well as looking at other areas such as energy efficiency Mayor of London very supportive of community energy and is looking at ways the GLA can assist groups End of feasibility grants through Urban Community Energy Fund, but other funding still available- e.g. Power To Change, Aviva Many groups looking at LED lighting- simple business model, subsidy free and and high rates of return Opportunity to support other groups in area
