What is computer networking?
Networking is the practice of linking two or more computing devices together for the purpose of sharing data. Its connecting all the computers together to share information fast and affectionately. It can also be done anywhere with a router! There are multiple uses for computer next working for example you can share files easily! Your always in control with a network, you can share what you want to share and keep private what you want to keep private. Streaming media plays a big part in our lives. The process of sending digital media, such as photos, music, or video, over a network to a device that can play the media.

LAN LAN is generally confined to a limited geographical area.
You can find LAN networking in home, school, computer laboratory, or office building using network media. It can connect to a router and cable modem or ADSL modem. A LAN is useful for sharing resources like files, printers, games or other applications. A LAN in turn often connects to other LANs

WAN Wide area networking is a network that covers a broad area.
Business and government entities utilize WANs to relay data among employees, clients, buyers, and suppliers from various geographical locations. This means that the businesses can do their daily communications without using location. The definition of WAN is a computer network spanning regions, countries, or even the world.

MAN MAN stands for metropolitan area networking.
MAN is two or more computers or communicating devices or networks which are geographically separated but in same metropolitan city. The larger the city, the bigger the MAN, the smaller a metro city, smaller the MAN.

Continue…. A MAN might be owned and operated by a single organization, but it usually will be used by many individuals and organizations. MANs might also be owned and operated as public utilities.
