MNCs were isolated from the spleen, blood, ileum, and duodenum of piglets in the four experimental groups at PID14. (A) Spleen MNCs (piglets from all experimental groups) and carboxyfluorescein succinimidyl ester-stained K562 tumor cells were used as effector and target cells, respectively, and cocultured at set ratios to assess the cytotoxic function of NK cells (n = 10/group). Asterisks indicate statistically significant difference (two-way ANOVA; P ≤ 0.05). Error bars indicate the SEM.
