Two invasive melanomas were detected by the patients' apprehension, without a suspicion by the other examination techniques (observed values shown); five invasive melanomas were detected by ELM criteria alone; nine invasive melanomas were detected by ELM criteria and also showed changes over time documented by DELM; nine invasive melanomas were exclusively detected by the comparison of DELM images with baseline images (DELM criteria alone).
