Since search for Institution, would not need a column for institution; BUT with Medchart whoever logs in would see all patients they care for, and some may be in a different Primary Site? Ie Institution….better to use primary and secondary site....
Why are the dates so weird? The unit of the grey marks is not clear…is it days? Can we make it better?

Default settings should be set as in Oliver’s drawings….
For lines (bleeding, vessel) set default to thickness 6, opacity 8, color as is;
For objects (tumor, regressing tumor, inactive tumor, suspicious, scarring) set default to
Fill= color (ie yellow tumor, etc) and line black thickness 1;
For retinal detachment line 40, opacity 38, no fill (just the pen)
For Attached retina see the pink color for Oliver left eye, line 20, opacity 38 pen
(vitreous seeds are ok, enucleation is OK).
