Topic #2 – Scope Change Control
Change control requires a scope baseline (e.g., WBS, schedule and budget) that is changed, when required based on performance measurement feedback, using procedures defined by a scope change control system. Scope change information is provided to the stakeholders and fed back through the planning process and included in the project documentation.

Topic #3 – Project Schedule Information
There are many acceptable tools and techniques to accomplish activity definition, sequencing, duration estimating, schedule development and schedule control. The keys are to make sure the work to be done is accurately described and understood by all participants
