to learn about the challenges of establishing the dialogue among the different stakeholders
to discuss how to localize the implementation of MDGs through local participatory governance process

How to do a real impact on the lives of the poor by bringing them to the decision making process

Presenting the LIFE experiences and techniques through presentations (1 hour)
Splitting the participants into sub-groups (1 hour)
Presenting WGs results THEN an open discussion and dialogue on what we have learned from the process.
