11. What Assistance We Need From You
Provide the Compass Team access to board members
Designate who will serve as our primary liaison
Provide introductions to appropriate staff and volunteers
Assist in information and data collection (i.e., By-Laws; current financials; board minutes; etc.)
Involve the Compass Project Team in Board meetings
Assist in arranging meetings with Board Committees and Executive Staff, as needed
