Effect of sulindac and ursodeoxycholate on the number of intestinal tumors in Min mice. Animals were treated with these drugs mixed in the diet from age 30 days until death at age 80 days. Tumor numbers in each segment of intestine and colon were quantitated. Bars indicate the total number of tumors per mouse. Data are shown as mean ± SE; n = 8 mice per group.
