When you file your online annual report, an option is given asking when you want your annual reminder sent.

4 Logging On Requires a BCEID Account. Easy to create
Or just GOOGLE BCEID Require your Society number. Registry Key number ed to you with your first reminder to file. Call if you don’t have registry key. They will it to you.

5 Filing your Societies Online
Update your Directors information Record the Date of your AGM Pay the forty dollar fee Congratulations you have filed successfully Send proof of filing to Carmen Preston at Kin Canada.

7 Transitioning your Club
Transition package , Costs $40 Whatever the registry has on file Quick response if you cannot find your Constitution and By-laws. These cannot be uploaded for transition.

Uploaded in Word or PDF Can be a brand new set of By-Laws Download the GOB from Kin Canada website Upload Constitution Upload By-Laws Update Directors and Registered Office

Login To Kin Canada Site Insurance reporting is at the top right corner Everything from previous year is already there Add and remove as applies to your club
