Framework Empowered and sustainable communities are the real foundation of lasting peace. The process itself (and not the process end) will already allow these communities to win small victories, and build peace by and for themselves. The final resolution is important but communities need not wait for this. Building peace is here and now.

B. Local Peace Consultations Institutionalizing stakeholders participation thru local consultations

ACTIVITYEXPECTED OUTPUT Opening Ceremony Session 1: Sectoral Groupings Identification of the participants per sectoral groupings Area for discussion and FGDs are assigned for each group Session 2: Data Gathering Gathered sufficient data per sector based on the guide questions identified PRA Tools are used for discussion and presentation of the situation Identified specific problems per sector Evening Session: Sharing of Community Events Gathered more information about the events that happened in the barangay Validated information and data gathered in the afternoon session Session 3: Data Analysis Data are organized with specific problems duly identified Identified problems are prioritized and are ranked accordingly Top ten priority problems per sector are identified Session 4: Validation of Output Cross-sectoral analysis shall be derived Consistency of data shall be achieved Problems will be prioritized Session 5: Planning Identified core program that addresses the core problems of the sector Identified ten priority projects that needs to be addressed immediately Identified projects that can be implemented using barangays funds and other LGU or government funds Formulated an Annual Investment Plan Session 6: Presentation of Plans Validated all sectoral data, plans, problems and project identified Identified ten priority project of the barangays as a whole Session 7: Action Plan Identified Post Consultation activity Session 8: Commitment Setting Commitment setting from all sector are shared in the whole group

Appointment of new GRP Panel is not accepted by the RPM-M Panel –Respect & sensitivity for processes that have already been established –Trust has been built and earned with the previous GRP Panel members –Retain the Panel headed by Atty. Franklin M. Quijano No mechanism for reporting harassments in the field
