New version of plan issued following Estates request to defer CRP2 by 3 weeks. End of Analysis & Design Milestone will move to 11/01/19 to accommodate this. New Risk (25) raised.
Work continues on a Transition plan including the training plan, training materials and discussions held with Zoe Stephens on User Communications.
NEXT STEPS
Update to RISK 22. For Major Replacement projects only, the project code in EBIS is translated to a new one that starts with G in eFIN. There is no way to reverse this translation to use the EBIS code in myProject. Options to be considered with Corporate Finance & Estates Finance.
