3. Final Preparations:
You have 10 minutes to do any final preparations before your guests arrive:
Dialogue printed & practiced
Menu printed
Party favors ready
Ingredients lists on dishes
Placemat completed & placed on tables
Table set

4. Dinner Party Procedure:
Begin your dinner party by introducing your characters, looking at the menu, passing out food, and getting to know each other.
Preform your dialogue—at some point, I will come around and listen to your dialogue--you will read it again when I get to you.
Use the “conversation starters” to keep your conversation going.
Pass our party favors.
Stay in character the entire time!

5. Travel Around the Colonies:
You and your table will now travel through the other colonies. You will have 5 minutes at each station to sample food, look at placemats, and talk about this colony.
While you are there, think about:
What colony is this?
How is it similar/different to your colony?
