SYK activity is required for anti-IgM–induced CD86 expression. (A and B) An example of splenic B cells from wild-type (A) and Syk-AQL (B) mice treated with or without anti‐IgM F(ab′)2 in the absence or presence of 3-MB-PP1 (10 μM) for 48 h. Cells were examined by flow cytometry for the expression of CD86. (C) Data represent the mean ± SEM for separate analyses of anti-IgM–induced CD86 expression on cells from four wild-type (closed bars) or Syk-AQL (open bars) mice.
