3. Evaporation
Evaporation is when the water heats up and evaporates into the sky.

Condensation is where the water forms into a gas called a cloud.

5. Precipitation
Precipitation is when too much water is in a cloud and it falls down as rain, hail or snow.

When rain falls down it collects on the earth to make rivers, streams and lakes.
