Log into the Data Collector and go to the Midyear Student Collection.
Click on the Level 2 Validation.
Then click on the FTED-001 FTE Detail report (first one).

7. USING THE FTE DETAIL REPORT TO RECONCILE FIGURES ON THE SFPR NOTES
The Formula ADM figure on line a6 of the SFPR CONNOT be reconciled by using the FTE Detail Report (because a formula has been applied to the figures on the FTE Detail Report).
The Total ADM figure on line a2 of the SFPR can be reconciled. Currently, only the “district” figure on the ADM Detail worksheet of the SFPR can be reconciled using the FTE Detail Report.
Open Enrollment in the SFPR:
“Funded FTE” with a positive “amount received” is contained in the FTE Detail Report with a Fund Pattern Code beginning with “OP” and an FTE Inclusion Code of “None.”
“Funded FTE” with a negative “amount deducted” is contained in the FTE Detail Report with a Fund Pattern Code beginning with “OP” and an FTE Inclusion Code of “Full” or “Part.”
A “Student Type” of CTA is for CTA Weighted Funding and is not the FTE Detail Report. Only “Oth” and “SE” are in the FTE Detail Report.

8. Other Adjustments in the SFPR
“Calc FTE” with a positive “Amt Received” is contained in the FTE Detail Report with a Fund Patter Code of “CTVC” and an FTE Inclusion Code of “None.”
“Calc FTE” with a negative “Amt Deducted” is contained in the FTE Detail Report with a Fund Pattern Code of “CTVC” and an FTE Inclusion Code of “Full” or “Part.”
A “Student Type” of CTA is for CTA Weighted Funding and is not in the FTE Detail Report. Only “OTH” and “SE” are in the FTE Detail Report.
