2 PUBLIC SAFETY Public safety or security is the term under which the measures and activities are taken by state, or more rarely, by a social organization or self organized individuals, in order to protect lives, health and property of inhabitants of a certain area from crime or traffic and other disasters.

3 SELF-DEFENCE Self-defense implies the one’s right to defend body and life, as well as property, and if he perform an act that contains criminal offense elements, he will not be prosecuted, because the law implies that if conditions are fulfilled the one may protect his rights personally.

4 Law rules about traffic Traffic law is the area of law which we encounter every day, and without these rules it would be hard to imagine modern life. It contains regulations about traffic and traffic relations.

5 Rules of conduct in case of an emergency Emergency cases are situations caused by force majeure ( vis major) , and most often they are natural disasters, but they can be the consequences of human actions: fire, flood, earthquake, war …

6 First aid First aid is a type of medicine help that is given to the place or point where an ill or injured person is found. Its task is to remove the potential cause of death with adequate equipment and prevent possible complications.

7 Ido Aikido and the basics of other martial arts Aikido literally means “harmony energy path” which could translate as the mode of harmony of the spirit. It focuses on personal and environment harmony, which is opposite to the struggle and contrary to the conflict.

8 Basis of Criminal Law Criminal law is a system of legal regulations which determine the conditions for application of penalties and other criminal sanctions against perpetrators of crimes, in order to protect social and economic order of a particular state. The subject of regulation are 3 basic issues : a criminal offense, a criminal responsibility and a criminal sanction (punishment)
