2. Vision Statement
Our Vision is to be a premier, world class school in which every student acquires an excellent education. Our school will be a welcoming center organized by high-quality teaching and learning.

3. Mission Statement
Our mission is to inspire possibilities for student success through a broad range of unique teaching and learning opportunities.

4. Creating a Positive School Culture by Incorporating the school’s Vision and Mission
Strategy 1
It is essential that a principal to establish a vision and mission and invite stakeholders to participate in the development. The fist step is gather input from all stake holders on what core values should be included. The principal must present a draft of the vision and mission to staff for revision and discussion. Last, the principal must share the finalized copies of the vision and mission statements to all stakeholders and discuss the direction that the vision and mission statements will led the school. In clearly communicating the vision, the principal insures that all stake holders agree and understand the entire school is heading in the same direction.
